MADELINE HOOD
Hi! My name is Madeline Roper. I am the therapy tech here at Ivy Physical Therapy as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I started my fitness journey a year after graduating high school. Like many, I had gained the “Freshman 15” plus some! I started out doing DVD workouts such as Insanity, going on crazy diets that I could never maintain, and yo-yoing up and down. It took me about 6 months of researching and trial and error before I finally got on the right track. I developed a huge passion for fitness and decided to become a personal trainer in hopes of helping people avoid some of the struggles that I went through! Diet and exercise don’t have to be extreme. My goal as a trainer is to make healthy eating and exercising a maintainable lifestyle. I strive to make working out fun and love every minute with my clients!
